Bianca D'Arc
Bianca D'Arc has run a laboratory, climbed the corporate ladder in the shark-infested streets of Manhattan, studied and taught martial arts, and earned the right to put a whole bunch of letters after her name, but she's always enjoyed writing more than any of her other pursuits. She grew up and still lives on Long Island, where she keeps busy with an extensive garden, several aquariums full of very demanding fish, and writing her favorite genres of paranormal, fantasy and sci-fi romance. Barbara Metzger
Barbara Metzger is the author of over forty books and a dozen novellas. She has also been an editor, a proof-reader, a greeting card verse-writer, and an artist. When not painting, writing romances or reading them, she volunteers at the local library, gardens and goes beach-combing and yard-saling.
Her novels, mostly set in Regency-era England, have won numerous awards, including the Romance Writers of America® RITA®, the National Reader's Choice Award, and the Madcap award for humor in romance writing. In addition, Barbara has won two Career Achievement Awards from Romantic Times Magazine. Her latest award was for Most Innovative Historical Romance from RT for The Hourglass Her newest venture is a series of contemporary magic/fantasy written as Celia Jerome. Doreen Orsini

Marianne Petit
Marianne Petit is a past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Romance Writers Of America. Her love of writing stems back to high school. She spent hours reading Nancy Drew, Alfred Hitchcock and poetry. At the age of fifteen she wrote a short story for children, as well as, numerous works of poetry. Her love of history stems from her father, Roger, a Frenchman, whose love of American history greatly influenced her writing interests .
She is a member of the Melville Lions club, a service organization that raises money for the less fortunate - especially the sight and hearing impaired. She is on the Board of Directors and serves as Vice President.
Newsday and several local newspapers have written articles on Ms. Petit and she was interviewed on TV for her time travel, A Find Through Time.
Her second book, The Glass Armonica, is also available through her website and through online retailers B&N and Amazon.
She loves to ski, raft, horseback ride, and enjoys the theater. Marianne lives on Long Island and is happily married for 30 years.

Patricia Ryan
Patricia Ryan has written twenty-eight novels and novellas, most of which have been romances, both contemporary and historical. Her book Silken Threads won Romance Writers of America®'s RITA® Award for Best Long Historical Romance in 2000. A four-time RITA® nominee, she is also the recipient of two Romantic Times Reviewer's Choice Awards and the Golden Heart. Patricia's romantic oeuvre consists so far of six medievals, seven Harlequin Temptations, three contemporary novellas, and one historical novella. She tapped into her fascination with 19th century American cities to create the Gilded Age mystery series under the name P.B. Ryan. Pat's most recent project is the Hidden Grotto series of erotic romance for Bantam Books, which she writes as Louisa Burton. The fourth book in the series, In the Garden of Sin, is on sale now. Although Pat has branched off during the past few years into other genres, she still love romances, and hopes to publish more of them in the future.
